{"id":393,"date":"2008-09-21T15:07:44","date_gmt":"2008-09-21T22:07:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.angieandjim.com\/blog\/?p=393"},"modified":"2008-09-26T15:38:33","modified_gmt":"2008-09-26T22:38:33","slug":"the-pant-problem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.angieandjim.com\/blog\/2008\/09\/21\/the-pant-problem\/","title":{"rendered":"The Pant Problem"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>During dinner Friday night (in Truckee), I managed to get pizza sauce on my jeans (yes, I&#8217;m a klutz).\u00a0 Well, Jim and I had both planned to just wear the same pants both Friday and Saturday, so I didn&#8217;t have an extra pair &#8211; but there was a washing machine in the condo, so I changed into my PJs and threw my pants in the washer.\u00a0 At the last minute, Jim decided to toss his pants in, too.\u00a0 An hour later, I moved the wash along, then the dryer finished just before we went to bed.\u00a0 I decided to check that they were dry before going to sleep.\u00a0 I opened the dryer&#8230; and they were cold and wet.\u00a0 Nervously, I started the cycle over, turning the options to &#8220;high&#8221; and &#8220;more dry.&#8221;\u00a0 I also tossed in a clean, dry towel.<\/p>\n<p>I woke up during the night and checked again.\u00a0 Still wet.\u00a0 I hung up the towel, tossed in two dry ones, and started it once more, without much hope.\u00a0 Next morning &#8211;
